i would recommend that you contact directly the Union Motors Customer relations deparment. File a formal complaint then also try to contact MMPC, ask for customer service or customer relations department so that your complaint can be address directly by the upper management.

Our family friend's Pajero has been languishing there for 8 months ++ already allegedly waiting for 'parts' (a glow plug relay I think). Just ask the service department if they actually have plans of repairing Dra. Bauzon's Pajero. Blank stare lang ata ibibigay sayo.
Sheesh...

How bad!
One of the reasons why I seldom leave the premises of the case whenever my car undergoes PMS is so that I could check on my car from time to time. Furthermore, I make it a point to enter the premises where the cars are being serviced, and make as thorough an inspection as possible before leaving their premises.
It was Jimmy also whom I usually contact, and for the last PMS, he likewise directed me to Beth, who acts as his apprentice pending her assignation to the forthcoming Union Roxas Blvd. During this last PMS, I did notice the determination of their service (well, there have been symptoms before of their inadequacies). I specifically requested for a tire rotation to include my spare. I asked both Jimmy and Beth whether this was done, and they both confirmed. But when I inspected my car, this was not done, which was confirmed later on by the service personnel inside. Upon insistence, they finally did the rotation.
It seems to me then that the SA's on the office are only knowledgeable as far as taking down our service requests and the service personnel inside, the mechanics, have a different way of interpreting our requests, thus the discrepancy in the service.
I have also heard before of things being replaced, not just wipers, but others as well. So this is the risk we put ourselves into whenever we bring our cars to the CASA. Nasa daang baluktot pa rin sila. Ipatuwid kaya natin kay P-Noy?!?!?!

July 27th, 2010 12:46 AM #18Otis e sa Paco, Manila. Medyo malayo sa Balintawak hehe
Had a similar experience at Citimotors Alabang, the SA Peter said that he had the spare tire inflation checked and brought up to pressure as I requested. But when I asked how they had done it without touching the locks because all the keys were still locked up in the glove compartment, his smile vanished, napahiya, tinawag uli 'yung service personnel. I hate it when they lie straight to your face when you've even given them an advance tip!

July 27th, 2010 12:24 PM #19**UPDATE**
Was there this morning around 8am. Saw Ms Beth at once, and greeted me with a smile...Down to business na ako agad! Told her my concern and she went to see my unit. Kakausapin daw muna yung nag trabaho. Waited for around 15 mins and ask me to take the car sa holding area. Hindi lang daw nabalik yung wipers ko. Honest mistake daw. Hindi daw kasi ginamit yung akin kasi bagong bago pa daw. test wipers daw yung naka kabit kung ok na yung squeaking sound.
With regards sa odo reading SOP daw i test drive. (well cge i can accept yung explanation na yan)
Waited sa reception for about 30mins. And me tamang duda na ako... 30 mins na bakit wala pa yung SA. Kung simpleng hindi lang nakabit yung wiper , why take that long???
Waited for another 30 mins then came Beth.
Akalain mong umiyak! putsa, nag mukha pa akong mayabang... Well, honestly, I felt sorry for her.
