Buti nasa grocery parking lot ako noon, at kaka-snap lang nang i-start ang car. Ayun, hinatak pauwi. Hassle din. Puwede din change earlier, hula hula. Maganda madali maalis top ng timing belt cover para ma gauge ang health ng belt.

Factor din siguro na mas malapad ang timing belt ng 4AFE sa 4G32.

Para sa ibang kotse:
[1] Ni-google ang engine model ng kotse
[2] Check sa owner's manual kung may nakalagay na timing belt change interval
[3] Madalas din pala sa engine na naka-timing belt, ang harap ng engine sa may cylinder #1, may buong plastic cover ang side nito ng engine, para madali ma-access ang timing belt.

i don't xpander, but the generic answer is,

use the provided key.
some cars' alarms automaticallly turn off when the right key is used.
other cars' alarms do not turn off when the key is used. one has to read and know beforehand, how to turn off the scandalously noisy alarm that sounds off when that key is used.

the how-ners' manual may be of help.

Ok itong thoughtful feature. Kung nagda drive habang umuulan, siyempre i-on ang wiper sa harap. Tapos kung kailangan mag reverse pagka shift sa reverse, kusang automatic pupunas ang wiper sa likod na 2 cycles, kahit nasa off position ang rear wiper.

Ayos din, kanina ko lang napansin.

Mga ganoong SW features na minimal or no added HW hindi na dapat tinitipid ng car maker. Isa na din ang speed sensing lock at cruise control.

yung mga bagong labas ngayon puro BCM based na halos lahat ng car accessories.. pati brake lights! kaya nga pag nag lagay ka ng aftermarket led bulb, may error na lalabas.

ito ba yung ETACS ng mitsu? dami kong nababasa na pwedeng iprogram to activate features like speed sensing door locks. meron pang mga ETACS programmers na ads.

yep!.. may ibang features minsan yung car na naka disable per domestic market.. sometimes, all you need to buy is the hardware then activate using a software

say, cruise control! kung walang cruise control yung auto mo, at sa ibang market meron available na cruise control feature, pwede ka bumili nung cruise control hardware, then pag install activate mo lang sa using program..

sa ibang kotse naman like BMW, may pairing yung mga parts nila, di ka pwede basta mag swap ng module kasi naka program yung module ID sa ecu.

Oo nga kung naka BCM ang mga bago ngayon, okay ilagay itong SW features. Extra cost siguro sa production ang final testing at QA nito.

Agree sa 5/6AT. Though wala naman angal sa current 4AT ngayon sa everyday use. Nakak 9km/L sa city, smooth ang takbo.
