You underestimated how Mitsubishi undercut competitor in terms of pricing.
If timed right, you can avail 6 digit discount amount from SRP sa mga Xpander nila.
Kaya siguro marami pa rin bumibili lalo na if marinig ng buyer yung discount offers plus freebies na inooffer nila.
You just have to wait at least 1yr+ from the time the yr model unit is release though.

2 years ago, my wife started looking for her car (she chose the Zenix this year)

there was an Xpander on display sa Glorietta and she felt na "pwede na yun sa kanya" since she prefers to use her Vespa daily.

Sales Agent approached her offering a 100K discount on the GLS (top non-Cross version) which she was felt was a great deal... it took me weeks to convince her that the Corolla Cross (yun ang prefer nya noon) was a way better car.

I think if you search my car's glove compartment, nasa loob pa yung calling card ng Mitsu Agent na naka-usap nya.

Yung AC lang niya, it was a bit off for me when I testdrove the Gen1 unit at 1PM tirik na araw.
AC was a turn off because before I testdrove the Xpander, I already completed the testdrive for Montero.
Sobrang lamig talaga ng Montero, so that when I got in sa Xpander and driven it for 10-20 mins, pinagpawisan pa rin ako sa loob.
That let me conclude na mahina AC ng Xpander.
Sa FB groups nga, some members are modifying their Xpander by installing heat insulation sa headliner.

Not sure sa mga newer models ngayon if malamig naba AC.

but why did they charge 1250 to clean your mirage's brakes, and only 750 here for the expander,
and 500 for the mirage's change oil labor as against expander's 350 ?

Ah ibang Shell branches sila Doc. Di ko alam bakit ibang rates.

Xpander. Shell Q. Ave. near Banawe, Sto Domingo.
750 brake cleaning 4 wheel set.
350 pkg oil change (with 4L shell oil purchase).

Mirage. Shell Gov. Drive Dasma Cavite.
300 per wheel brake cleaning, walang set na charge.
500 oil change, non pkg. (dahil siguro 3L oil lang nabili?)

Wala silang brake cleaner kanina. Naglakad pa ako sa Banawe. Hehe.

Parehas service ng senior relatives, kaya low mileage.
