I think EURO 4 and higher na nilalabas na brand new ngayon. The fuels are also better, kasi EURO 4 na rin (50ppm sulfur). Si Unioil lang yata naka EURO 5 (10ppm sulfur).

I get your point. Kaso ang asbu kasi yung mga testers abusado. Usually pinipiga nila ang engine up to redline and sa diesel, no matter how modern or the euro rating, eh uusok talaga. The result? Sasabihin nilang bagsak sa testing tapos either pagmumultahin yung hinuli or tatanggalan ng plaka yung damay na sasakyan. Kaya sa pasig di ako bilib sa governance dun since maraming asbu sa kanila up to now, ilang beses nang nahuli co-worker namin dun kahit euro 4 na l300 dala niya hehe. Laking hassle tuloy. Basta pag nakita nilang pang utility talaga, may discrimination.
