Yung 1st part of the quotation yung SA namin nagbigay.

    GLX A/T

    1st Option
    SRP 548,000.00
    original DP 250,000.00

    reservation 10,000.00
    monthly 12,408.00
    DP 200,000.00

    loanable amount 298,000.00
    Face value 446,688.00
    Interest 148,688.00
    interest rate 50%

    2nd Option
    SRP 548,000.00
    original DP 200,000.00
    discount 40,000.00
    reservation 10,000.00
    monthly 13,363.00
    DP 150,000.00

    loanable amount 348,000.00
    Face value 481,068.00
    Interest 133,068.00
    interest rate 38%
50% for 3yrs, grabe halos 400% higher than bank financing which is 14% lang. jan tibatiba ang mga SA, mahina 20k ang commission ng SA sayo kung sakaling kumagat ka sa in-house, pero at least priority ka nila at halos lahat ng hingin mo bigay sayo.

in fairness with the SA, dapat pala ibawas yung Insurance + Chattel (say P20K?, if kaya naman LTO ipabawas in usual transaction) sa Face Value, lumalabas na 43%

mataas talaga interest pag in-house financing, never mind the enticing freebies and big discount.

I'll be applying for a car loan, and my mom will be paying for it. We have a family business in which the business permit is under my name. We have a joint account together with my dad and mom, and my mom has multiple personal account pero galing rin sa business ang pera nya.. We applied for car loan before and was approved, but needs to be signed by three of us. It was my dad's application, but now it's gonna be my turn. Would it be possible that the bank would approve it again with the three of us signing? Medyo kabado kasi ako... My dad works in the government BTW..

co-maker tawag jan, pwedeng pwede yan as long as wala kayong bad credit records sa mga banks tulad ng delinquent payment or bouncing checks, kahit ilan pa iapply nyo na loan basta good lahat ang payment siguradong approve agad kayo at mabilis pa sa alas kwatro ang approval.
