Kunin mo yung monthly amortization. Tapos multiply it kung ilang months yung term mo. Yung result subtract mo sa financed amount. Tapos yung difference divide mo sa amount financed mo. Paki korekbpo if mali. Di ako accountant eh. PT lang po ako.

Nope. You have to consider the Net Present Value of your series of payments. Your 12k payment next month is worth much more than your 12k payment on the 60th month.

18.5% annually is roughly correct, I got 17.9% assuming it's compounded monthly.

Ganyan din yung method ko when comparing quotation from different banks. I actually compare yung amount instead of the percentage para mas magkaroon ako ng idea sa difference.

Anyway, tinry ko i-compute yung annual interest using auto loan calculator app, lumabas 19.993% annually for 5 years (based sa figures na binigay ni christerdom).

Tama lang ba 'to?

GLS CVT, 3 years to pay.

    20% DP, chattel = P12,621
    30% DP, chattel = P11,839

    Hope this helps.
