you did the right thing, WALK AWAY

some banks have preferred brands because the bank owner is a stockholder of that car brand

some bank managers have dealership contacts, they pay dealership SA one time (finders fee) & the bank managers gets a small cut in the monthly amortization

for in house financing the SA gets a small cut from the monthly amortization on top of the one time commission

Went to Metrobank, here's what I got:

    Unit Price: 588,000 (GLS-M/T)
    Down Payment: 117,600 - 10,000 (reservation fee) = 107,600

    3 Years (8.74%):
    Monthly Amortization - 14,902
    Chatter - 11,622

    4 Years (8.77%):
    Monthly Amortization - 11,655
    Chatter - 11,622

    5 Years (9.18%):
    Monthly Amortization - 9,806
    Chatter - 11,622

*computation may be changed once 25k discount is applied to the Unit Price.

As per Bank Agent I've talked to:
--Pwede daw mawave yung LTO Fee (7k) but discretion of SA.
--Pwede pa bumaba yung percentage once pumayag ung SA na ibaba yung Dealer's Incentive (DI), 1% ung DI so pwede nila ibaba yun for about .5% sayang din

    Questions guys:
    1. Mawave kaya ng SA yung 7k LTO Fee kahit bank financing? Ano pwedeng diskarte sa SA para ibigay nya yung 7k and lower DI?
    2. Pwede ba magchange ng SA within same dealership?
    3. Any feedback about the deal from metrobank? OK na kaya yun?

    Thank you.

    588 - 25 -10 = 563thou

if youre required 20% down then your loanable amount is .8(563) = 450.4thou

Thanks sir.
