There is a big difference on power between the the two models since the 2011 glx has 136 horsepower while the 2012 glx-v has 178 horsepower. It would be very likely that the 2012 variant will be more fuel efficient since it would have an easier time pulling monty's body.

It will be definitely more fuel efficient since max torque is available at an early range of about 1,800rpm. No need to push the pedal hard.

Okay naman at malamig rear a/c nung nakuha namin 2012 GLS-V this end of oct, My wife likes it more nga dahil the rear a/c can operate even the front ac is not. Lamigin kasi si misis na lagi ko katabi while driving..

So far I am pretty much happy with my 2012 GLS-V. Problem ko lang when the rear aircons are turned on and switched to 2nd and 3rd level ang inggay ng motor niya (Mabibingi mga tao sa likod) - question is, is that normal? Do you guys experience it aswell?

Ganun pala, akala ko the same siya with garmin navi. Na observed ko din siya naging 100m dito sa manila, when we parked at 7th floor of shangrila mall sa edsa. hehehe

yan din ang reason why i dont really go for a car wash kahit pa big names na ang shop. nagka scratch yung tints ko sa other suv ko before, isa lang kasi yung usually ginagamit nila basahan for the body , wheels, and window glass. kaya since then, if ever magpacar wash man ako, talagang tutok na ako , and i bring my own sets of "basahan"( glass, body, wheels -color coded pa) . tsaka kung sino na yung nakita mo tao dun na okay ang service, yun na lagi irequest mo para alam na yung gusto mo style ng pacarwash.
