hi guys, very informative thread, i just want to ask some questions, we bought a 4x4 2009 gls sport manual 3 months ago, this was a display / demo unit i was told, it has some scratches / stains here and there bec. it was stocked daw in the warehouse for a long time but it had a huge discount, anyway im experiencing "engine chokes aka pugak pugak" when slowing down only, not everytime but very frequent.

during my 1k pms * mitsubishi motors balintawak, i had them checked the problem, they adjusted the computer box and told me to monitor, the chokes lessened but after a few days it became frequent again, i haven't gone back to the service center due to busy scheds but im nearing the 5k pms, what would likely be the cause of my problem? scv or fuel filter? if found defective, they will replace the part/s without me paying them anything right? thanks

Welcome sir to the thread. Kayo pala sir isa sa nakakuha ng unit. It was being offered to me before, early November?, kaso nung gusto ko na kunin may kumuha na daw. With regards to your first and second questions let wait for the other guru's na mas knowledgeable sa akin. Yung last question niyo sir, I believe covered yan ng warranty that is why you still go through the 1k, 5k and so on PMS para di rin mavoid warranty. Good as brand new yan sir. Yun din po kasi tinanong ko when I was still inquiring about the unit. Hintayin din natin si Sir Xave baka po mali din ako, I believe he works in Union Balintawak baka matulungan kayo.

Sir I believe S4S sa visayas has pero not sure if the same model. If you live near caloocan naman miggy boys meron din. These are based on previous posts of who had TT's installed. Check niyo na lang po model because madami ibaiba models kasi.

SCV na ba problema nang strada ko? Pag medyo diniinan ko ang tapak sa accelerator parang pupugak-pugak, parang nag-hesitate siya. Hindi naman madalas pero ngayon lang nangyari ito after almost 1 year.

Kakatakot kasi paakyat ako bundok baka biglang mamatay ang makina itirik ako.

di naman titirik pag merong probs sa scv, much better na papalitan nyo agad..
pag walang check engine, insist nyo na lang na loss power talaga or pumupugak-pugak.. hehhe

*locoroco777- yes im so glad they will replace it immediately and the montero is nice ha, they gave me the top of the line 4x4 se. Napapaisip tuloy ako kung mag montero na lang ako lalo ng may manual na ang 4x2 nila.

hehe oo nga sir...ako rin nabilib di ko din ineexpect na kakayanin, it turned out mas effortless pa pala hehe...

yung kay sir boy medyo heavy mods na suspension non...yung kay bigblock ang medyo minimal mods pero same performance padin naman hehe...

yun lang nga,,,gasgas to the max haha!

OT. May black Captiva ZRA 776 nag hit and run sa akin. Puro gasgas fender flare ko at siya gasgas buong side. Hinabol ko mula Santolan hanggang SM North via Edsa, with Hazard, bright lights, and busina. Tinabihan ko, inunahan ko, kinatok ko bintana... ayaw talaga tumigil.

Pinicturan ko na lang at fifile ako police report bukas. Kapal talaga ng mukha ng mga ganitong driver
