eto ang suggestion ko na pwede niyong gawin (esp if you dont care about your relationship naman with the agent):
just tell them na lang derecho na you know for a fact na di mavovoid yung warranty dahil you know Strada Club members from the online community who have done the same thing, di voided ang warranty.
MUCH LESS in your case, na sila pa mismo ang trumabaho.

dalwa lang yan: either bigla siyang mapaparely (which yon naman ang hinihintay niyo in the first place). or he'll take what you said (in that case just 'document' that you sent that particular piece of communication to them and where no response where made).
