Koya, di ko pa siya nagamit for overtaking. For my use, it's more for driving and parking in tight places. Medyo wide 'yung lens, mga 120 degrees ang field of view, almost fisheye -- I think for overtaking, you need a standard lens (~40 degrees). Kaso karamihan sa mga lenses sa Ebay wide.

Any recommended wipers for the ASX? Buong wiper assembly ba papalitan o rubber lang? OK ba 'yung banana-type na Bosche? Anong size ang compatible? May judder na kasi 'yung windshield wiper ko kahit magwa-one year pa lang. Di ko sigurado kung overspray lang siya or kailangan na talaga palitan. Thanks.

If someone used the same rag to clean the windshield that was used to clean the tires or apply wax on the body, that could be the cause of your wiper issue. Tire black or car wax can contaminate the glass surface. Also if you use any rain-repellant products on your windshield, the judder is a result.

I cleaned the rubber last night with silicone spray lubricant. Hopefully it will be fine.

I finally managed to install DRLs on my ASX. I'm using a relay that automatically controls the power and output. It turns on upon engine start, and dims by 50 percent when the parklights/headlights are on. The DRLs also act as turn signals. They also blink when locking and unlocking the doors. Needless to say, I love them.

If someone used the same rag to clean the windshield that was used to clean the tires or apply wax on the body, that could be the cause of your wiper issue. Tire black or car wax can contaminate the glass surface. Also if you use any rain-repellant products on your windshield, the judder is a result.

Kapag umuulan at hindi malinis ng husto ng wiper.... Pinagdaanan ng wiper mas lumalabo..... Hay..... Nilinis ko na ng lime powder yung windshield... Ganoon pa rin.... Ano kaya pwdeng gawin doon?

Actually..... Bagong tattoo ako that time sa upper back ko... Ayaw kong pawisan medyo masakit kaya siya muna ang pinaglinis ko ng windows..... Ang mali ko siya ang pinakuha ko sa store room at hindi ako ang nagbigay sa kanya.... Marunong at makakaintindi naman siya ng english hehehe.... Ayun tiwala hehehehe

Patulong naman. May turnilyo ba 'yung metal na may nakadikit na carpet sa puwitan sa likod ng backseats? Ito 'yung nagdi-divide sa upuan at sa cover ng boot na pinaglalagyan ng extra gulong. Makikita mo 'yung mahabang metal pag binaba mo 'yung backseats. Nagpa-pintura kasi ako ng gasgas kahapon sa Banawe at napansin ko hindi nila naibalik. May butas siya pero walang turnilyo. Thanks.

I checked the service manual and it has a pair of plastic clips that I found in the belly of the dragon. I also found out that they forced the styrofoam tool holder out instead of unscrewing a couple of metal screw drivers first. Hopefully it won't cause rattle.
