95 is the recommended. So XCS, v power nitro + racing, blaze or seaoil e97 ang choices. Syempre gagana naman. Fuel save yung pangalawang karga ko nung bago pa kotse no problems pero syempre dun ka na sa tama. We dont know how exactly itll affect the engine.

For me, good deal na yang nakuha mo sa bank. Okay yung interest rate. Better kung glx though If map lights lang habol mo pakabit ka nalang 1-2k lang yun hehe. Use the money youll save for mods. A lot of the goodies youll get sa mx you can get sa glx. Like the gps and fog lights. Sd card for the gps costs 6k sa casa pero you can get it for the price of an sd card and download the files for free. I only spent 200 pesos for the sd card. Foglights 3.3k at concorde. Pero there are other features pa sa mx syempre. Its up to you if youll miss it or not.

Got my Lancer GTA nung 2008 June. Ang issues na na experience ko is yun ngang abs sensor twice na ako nagpalit 11k ang isa. Ang solution, wag masyadong mabilis habang lumiliko. 2nd issue yung stock stereo, 2x na nawala yung recepcyion ng AM. Nung una under warranty kaya napapalitan ko pero itong huli hinayaan ko na lang. 3rd issue up to now di ko pa nagagawan ng permanent solution, palaging nababawasan yung engine oil ko, wala namang leak. casa oil na synthetic gamit ko. lagi akong nagto top up kasi nababasawasan nga. yun lang.

That's for a 2.0 gta. Iba ang engine ng 1.6. Sana nga wala yang ganyang problem.

hi guyz…just want to ask your expert opinion! Planning to purchase my first car ever but I’m torn between Mazda3 MAXX and Mitsubishi Lancer EX GLX both 1.6 AT (latest model). Mazda3 is my top choice. I’m considering the following factors. tnx

1. FC
2. Maintenance Cost (spare parts availability)

Fc is around 8 to 9 km/l city driving. Highway, minsan umaabot ako 12km/l to 14km/l.

Maintenance, standard 5k and 10k pms. Around 3k to 4k.

Spare parts: medyo hindi ako familiar since I tend to keep casa maintain for 3 years.

Well not really mahal, sakin lang kasi ayaw ko mawalan ng warranty for the 3 years. Yung sa madza yojin 3,ok talaga. But for me I always think of the long run because I tend to keep the car for a decade or more. Marami kasi factor sa pagbili ng Oto, gaano katagal bago benta, do you favor of what you like or what you can get after usage (resale), parts, etc.

It's really up to you and your criteria of buying a car. In my case, the phrase "bakit ka bibili ng brand new kung resale nasa isip mo?" does not really apply. I like to get the most of the money I spend. But in the end, go for what really matters to you, your needs, and criteria for buying a car.

2lad mo sir i'll keep the car for decade or so! gus2 ko tlga mazda3 kya lng bk mgsisi ako in terms of maintenace cost in long run...sabi kc ng friend ko mhirap dw imaintain mazda3 my other friend suggested lancer as i checked in forum ngustuhan ko din msarap bihisan! if mas mdali imaintain lancer i'll go for lancer but if almost same lng mazda3 na! hehe! im not thinking resale...+point din skin ung konti lng kgaya q car s kalye

Siguro maganda kung naging specific yung friends mo kung bakit mahirap imaintain ang isa and while the other is not. For me, kung maintenance lang eh lalo na sa cost ay lamang na ang Mazda kasi may YOJIN. Malaking bagay yun ah instant tipid ka na nun. Pero siguro sa availability ng parts mas marami ang Lancer since you know matagal tagal na din tong EX going 6 years na. Difference lang is the engine and some internal parts siguro. Kung mahilig ka talaga magdress up eh mas magandang option ang Lancer, yan din ang isa sa mga factors ko before cuz I knew i would dress it up.

To be honest an dami ng naka EX ngayon sa kalye lalo na nung lumabas tong 1.6, but still pogi pa din naman. Pumunta ako ng Antipolo the other night with my friend na naka EX din, potek sa parkingan sa cloud 9 may 3-4 na EX din hehe Ang magiging edge mo na lang eh is to dress it up na mejo kakaiba sa usual (pero pogi), wag yung typical like EvoX kits or something.

If mag mazda 3 ka hintayin mo na lang yung new model. Kasi kung current model ang pag uusapan, mas malakas ang makina ng lancer. Plus mukhang matagal pa bago maglabas ng new lancer model. Wala pa ngang concept car for the new model e.
