difference is may moonroof ang dubai, rear spoiler and hood ornament. some have rf sound system. , 2010 local has new look grill, tire cover and body color na lower part ng front and rear bumpers, standard na ang rf sound system. reliability both are the same, but local has 3 years warranty.

dadami na pajero for sure, dahil sa price drop, value for money na compared sa competition.

yup, the price is their selling point now, almost 1M difference sa Prado and Lexus RX which are what i'm choosing from.

thanks for the input on the consumption, i guess its at par with other 3L turbo common rail diesels. had a test drive yesterday, and unfortunately i wasn't impressed with the torque and throttle response. its an improvement over the field master 2nd gen pajero, but still a far cry from the pull and response of euro SUVs but overall its night and day compared to its previous generation and at 1M less than the prado and lexus, it is indeed value for money.

interior wise, pajero is the roomiest among the three. interior comforts are at par with euro SUVs na, which i like. ride wise its still a bit too soft for my taste (may konting alon), i get dizzy on long distance in the 2nd gen pajero, trooper, ford sportrac.

bad news though is local dealers do not have stocks on hand, 2 months to order one

Di naman nagrereklamo mga yaya ko.

Pwede naman kasi i-recline yung sandalan to compensate for the short leg room.
But definitely not for long trips.

kanina napahiya pajero ko , nasa 2 lane hi way kami ako cruising at 80 lang, nakita ko may parating na sa likod kong subaru forester na mabilis ang dating, nung magkatabi na kami sinabayan ko sa hataw since 2 lane naman, grabe ang bilis ng subaru forester 120 na ako and sagad na apak naunahan ako ng walang kahirap hirap. and bilis sobra grabe. natulala nalang ako.

Mas mabilis of course ang Forester XT kaysa sa Pajero BK.Pero sabi nga ni Jappy eh mas okay naman pag dating sa 4X4 ang Pajero BK kaysa sa Forester XT.

boybi, napansin ko front bumper ko sa baba ng headlights, nagkaroon ng konting gap, both sides meron, pero yung sa driver side mas hindi halata. nung binuksan ko yung fender liner parang nahahatak siya pababa ng headlight washer, mahaba kasi yung mechanism ng washer kaya parang naging lever siya. kaya may maliit na buka sa bumper, can you check yours kung ganun din?
kung papagawa ka pala uli ng seat cover sabay mo na ako, gusto ko na magpalit ang pangit na. baka cheaper pag dalawa tayo.

PK, kakapagawa ko palang ng seat covers. Pero di ko pa napapakabit, baka within the week. Sabihan ko nalang si Boy. Same design pa rin yung sayo?

Mga Sirs, ask ko lang if the current model pajero BK (2010) has the newer 4M41 engine which could produce daw 200HP? Yung nasa brochure ng local casa kasi ay 163HP parin. I don't know about the dubai versions. Ask ko lang po sana mga pajero experts. Nabanggit kasi nung nagbebenta samin ng dubai version that what they have are the high power 4m41 which can kick 200hp. Could this be true?

Tapus another question sirs, if you were on my shoes, which would you prefer? The local version with warranty and RF sounds at P2.65M? Or the Dubai version without warranty, without RFsounds, but with moon/sunroof and 3yr LTO reg at a cheaper price of P2.55M?
