I can't help but put in my 2 cents here. This looks like an extension of a previous thread.
Arguably, the guy passed his biggest TEST in life. He took responsibility for his action. And again, arguably, his action is what is most expected of him.
ihateyouandme: It could be a blessing in disguise for you. Pardon me, but I'll be a bit blunt here by saying that - "love can change a person" happens only in the reel world. It will be a big disappointment for a truly loving person to realize later that he/she cannot change the 'natural ways' of the other person. And worse, he/she is already committed through marriage.
Nothing more to discuss with him. Everything is now in its proper perspective. The most appropriate choice for you is to move on and NEVER look back. Such a waste of time and energy, but lesson learned. Again,- this could be a blessing for you. Good luck and God bless!

Whatever you decide to do, forget any sort of revenge just to spite him. It's probably tempting right now. But don't do it, for the unborn kid's sake. The unborn kid is innocent in all these and deserves better. You have to think beyond yourself and see how many lives will be wrecked if you remain in your ex's life. That's why the farther you distance yourself, the better.
It's best to walk away and wish him and his family well without animosity. Once you can do that, your own healing can begin. It's best to surround yourself with family and friends because they know you're vulnerable and will be protective of you.
Good luck.....again

I'm glad you decided not to get even. It shows maturity on your part.
Remeber the saying "Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me".
