More fruits to the cutting diet. Have been eating navel oranges apples and banans. This week my poop has been great. I think some fruits have good enzymes that clear the tummy? Weight loss is on track 🙂

It's an accidental resolution. To eat on time and regularly.
I've been accompanying my friend for lunch daily since the start of the year, and since he eats regularly at 12, I get to eat on time na rin. I told him I'll keep this up for the whole year and we also agreed to stop eating junk for merienda haha
