You mean if the other heirs sue us? But that will take a long time also, baka matanda na rin ako pag natapos?

My Lola doesn't want to give inheritance because she listens to what I say and everyone listens to what she says naman :P So I'm also feeling a little guilty because this will be partly my fault if we get into trouble.

If estate is over 10m the tax is 1.545M, over 10M is 35%?!?!?
