the metes and bounds (or the technical description) of the property sold are described in the deed of sale. you can get a copy of the deed of sale at the notary public who notarized it.

the best thing to do under the circumstances is to sit, talk, and enter into a compromise agreement, taking into account the technical description set forth in the deed of sale.
