What is your average monthly expenses and how much do you save?

14 months guaranteed + performance bonus. So far I've never gone below one month on the performance bonus.

My job before current, 16 months guaranteed (2 mos xmas and 2 mos midyear) plus performance bonus which is normally 1 month. Meron din goodwill bonus pag sign ng CBA minimum 1 month too. So umaabot ng 18 months total for an average performer.

malaki kasi doj atsaka daming bureaus (Immigration, PAO, Parole and Probation, BuCor, NBI, etc.) I was with the National Prosecution Service. kung time pa ni cuevas, kay erap pa yun.

Dati sa bank namin na malapit lang ata sa bank nila C4U (if my guess on her bank is right), 16 months R&F with CBA signing bonus of about 2 months.

Yup. CBA signing bonus for staff only. Performance bonus depends on employee rating and profitability of the bank.

I don't think our officers had profit sharing. They have great benefits already. Hospitalization covered at any hospital with any doctor of their choice. Kaya our officers always got the most expensive doctors. Meds included (dati pati supplements). Low rates for housing loan and car loan. They also have a lifestyle allowance (country club etc)

Staff and officers no interest personal loan. We can also buy shares of the bank lower than market price. This is where I made money talaga. My well to do colleagues bought max num of shares as high as half of their salary deducted monthly.

*GM medyo matagal na akong nag retiro yung kakaupo pa lang ni SOJ. hanggang senior assistant lang tayo but highly recommended naman.

I am curious how much your expenses were before you went into business and what were the expenses you spent on when your income increased? Ang laki ng 300k monthly. I cannot imagine how to spend that amount in a month. You don't vacation naman monthly?
