A good number of my friends went into government after graduating college because they wanted to make a difference in how our country is run. Is it easy for them? Hell no. It's like trying to swim against the current, everyday. But without people like them, then no change will happen and we will just slide further down into disorder and corruption.

How about you, what have you done? Where has your cynicism taken you? Has it made the country any better?

No one wants to be labelled bad or corrupt (even if they unknowingly did in some way or another). On the other hand, most people here loves to point and capitalize against one's imperfection. Ang nakakainis lang, when they do, parang kung sino silang di makagawa ng mali at kung sino silang magaling sa lahat ng bagay (dahil siguro mas senior na daw sila dito sa forum).

I admit I have also weaknesess. Tao lang din po eh!!!

maganda sa coop namin may dividendo. minsan nilalagay ko sa time deposit ng coop. yung earnings nun kinukuha ko monthly pang meryenda o pamasahe. kung may 1m lang ako noon kikita ng 10k monthly. yung ibang opismeyt ko peteks. ayaw ni esmi maglagay ako pera sa coop kasi risky.

and besides naalala ko wala akong 1M. m n m's marami.

The senior people here will be the first to tell you that they have made a mistake in the long years that they have been.posting here. Kaso hindi pinangangaladakan yun at ang hirap naman magbackread pa just to prove that point diba? Experience is the best teacher kaya mas maayos na magpost matatagal dito kesa baguhan. Ganun talaga. Naturingan pa nga akong postwhore dati kasi naghahabol ako nang 300 or 500posts ba yun para maging regular member eh.

Bro Juan Tamod, let us drop it. Call it baptism of fire if you will. I'm also new here. And I was at the receiving end too of some choice words. Sabi nga dito, part na ng forum yan at ang pikon talo. What we say here have repercussions, so we need to be a little circumspect of what we are trying to say. When I read your post I was thinking that you were just joking. But what I might consider as joke might not be so to another. It's half-empty half-full thing. Most people here are brilliant and funny. We learn many things from them.
