Straight Osmena Hiway , Left ng Quirino, Right Taft then take Jones bridge. Pagbaba mo, welcome to china town na. Straight ahead going Binondo church straight ahead heading Reina Regente. No left turn or U-turn dyan sa corner ng Reina Regente at Soler so after crossing that intersection, look for the narrow street (eskinita) on your right about 75 meters from after the intersection. Pasok ka dun then turn right at the dead end and straight again. Lalabas ka dun sa Soler side ng intersection then you can turn left heading 999 & 168.

On a 7am Sunday drive, pwede ka sa Mac Arthur bridge then take the left side just after Sta Cruz church going Tatuan street, then right at T. Alonzo then left Soler until you get to Reina Regente.

This move of Aquino is disgusting, as it is short-sighted (again- pinipilit),- as it looks only for the goodwill of the government workers come election day.

What is he smoking these days????

P226-B pay hike up for govt workers

TOP ELECTIVE government officials are feeling generous these days, as the Christmas season and national elections near.

President Aquino, for instance, has endorsed a bill proposing four rounds of yearly salary increases to the country's 1.3 million government employees starting Jan. 1, which would result in a 45-percent average increase across all salary grades after four years.

If passed by Congress, the whole package would cost the government P226 billion.

P226-B pay hike up for gov’t workers | Inquirer News

    Top of my head:

First, it will increase the required budget of the national government by P226B or something (per year?).

    >> He can do the same thing by lowering the income tax. This is better as it benefits all of the workers in the country,- private and public. And the taxed money, whether the paying poor or the sidestepping rich can be taxed[again] later on the goods and services that they will later purchase

Second,- retirement fund has to increase proportionately. This is a very significant amount and I am not certain if this was properly comprehended !

Third,- Moreover,- government employees enjoy accumulated XXX number of days of VL, (I know of a few who has accumulated more than 2 years' worth of unused VL),- which are paid off when they retire.

    >>> So, this will also increase proportionately. What's the magnitude of the amount required for this,- could be near-staggering! Again, comprehended ???? I highly doubt it!

Wala!

So, nasaan na ang DAANG MATUWID?

And we desperately need more modern and more reliable infrastructures to fuel the growth of the country....

Por Dios Por Santo ka naman Mr.President!

Hindi itinuturo iyan kahit saang Business School!!!
