San pwede i report ang nagpapagawa ng bahay na walang building permit at plano?
Kasi may nagpapagawa dito sa amin at proud pa siya na wala daw plano bahay nila. Okay lang daw mag penalty sila.

Cityhall bro.
samin sa Manila nung nagpagawa parents ko parang thrice may inspection from the cityhall. Wala ka talaga ligtas if wala ka proper permits.
Yung mga nauna nag aalok pa ng "special services" akala ata wala kami permit, kahit for the boys hindi namin binigyan

What's the usual career progression in a bank?
2 of my batchmates working for an international bank recently got promoted to AVP, which sounds really impressive to me because in my industry, reaching AVP status usually takes at least your 30s. A year (or two) ago I think they were just MTs. So they must be really good, unless the structure for banks is different.

The banking sector is growing steadily. Our friend was previously a low level staff and now he is the branch manager. It took him 5 years to get that position. He doesnt have the looks but he was trusted by his superiors. He didnt have any connections either.
Ucpb bdo and security bank are where some friends are doing good.
My friend in bpi still doesnt have a big desk yet.

Bat di ako makApag upload ng profile pic ko here sa tsikot.. hmm..
We're talking about different sectors in the banking industry I think. My friends were never directly involved in retail banks.
From what I understand, my friend started out with the MT program, then after the program he was promoted to Credit Risk Manager and now is AVP handling the same scope.
My other batchmate started out as an Associate Manager, then got promoted to Manager handling the same line, then just recently got promoted AVP.
Pretty fast career progression in the banking industry, although from what I've heard there's a lot of levels so you naturally climb faster since there are more steps to climb.
Anyway, I'll just ask him when we see each other.

Banking is one of the lowest paying industries. FMCG the best(Unilever, P&G, Nestlé etc)
