That's exactly what my friend said about that woman.

I am really irritated with her because she has all the enthusiasm and passion to post on FB when it comes to yabang but when it comes to work she is so lazy and clumsy. My boss got rid of her as we computed her output and she only works a total of 40 hrs in a month! She is now in a new team and guess what? She answers back to her supervisor when it comes to her leave approval (for her vacation)

Wasn't referring to Jun's reply to your rant. Was just appreciating his advice per se.

In any case, I'm not judging you for judging your friend. You can rant about her all you want. I also have friends on my feed who post about things that are seemingly mundane to me, but are a big deal for them. I usually just ignore them, or do what CNS said - unfollow. People react differently when faced with the same situations.

I stress about way too many things in life that I try not to sweat the small stuff. I also try to see things from their perspective. You can look at it as humblebragging, but it can also be that they're just happy sharing their adventures to the world.

During my first trip abroad, I had an album for each day of the trip with about 200 pictures in each album. It was my first time out of the country and my first time to use a dSLR. I had so much fun and I posted my pictures online to serve as a memory I can look back at. Of course, my rich friends probably see a trip like that as nothing special. But what's special for me doesn't have to be special for others.

I think she is book smart but what I don't like is her character. I don't know where she got the idea that she is beautiful and why she wants to tell the world about it. Who wants to see 100+ photos of her face? Kahit si Bea Alonzo pa yan nakakaumay naman. What ever happened to modesty?

OB what can you say about the Air BnB in PH.. Im planning to acquire a condo unit in preparation for my anak for college.. But this trend in PH medyo kakatakok.. Other unit owners have their units leased through online sites..So whats seems to be calm and safe environment is not safe at all.. Like neighbors you dont know from which part of the world came from, Meron ban ganun rule before acquiring a unit na bawal pa rent..

What i do with some of my closest friends posting 100+ pics.. I dont open it just the display on my wall.. But i tend to press like sometimes.. Hahaha.. One my friend PM me, sabi eh she just posted almost 200 pics like ko agad.(buking).. I just replied i already know all your angles, ganun sya magpost like every scenery ibat ibat angles nya..
And also i do unfollow some of my friends.

That's a thriving business. Ive always messured my friends that way. Pag may extra money sila, what do they do, buy a car or buy a an income generating unit.

Those who invest in the AirBNB are the best simple investors in our country.

The major drawback lang dyan eh yun capable ka bs mag hotel management. That's one full college course.

Kasi others just invest and buy units and decorate it, there are so many things to consider like. Towels, consumables, plumbing and fscilities maint, pre-stock food in a pantry or fridge and dealing with incidents like property damage or customer insatisfsction.

These things make or break this business. Kasi ako pag nag-AirBnb sa Amerika, mas gusto ko company ang naga-aasikaso. Pag landlord kasi pakialamero like what my other friends experienced,


And then there are the hotel discounts. You stay longer you get 1-2 days free. I doubt AirBnb owners are capable of that lalo na kung isang pinto lang sya

Sa holiday inn sa jFK 2 years ago, I checked in for an early flight to LA

Yun hotel maid rush nya nilinis ang kwarto, then nangati ako buong gabi, Family of indian Americans yun umalis before me,

Grabe dun ko naranasan ang tutoong bed bugs na dine-dread ng mga Americans. Hindi nasa bed kung hindi nasa skin nila. Tapos yun CR iba talaga amoy, spicy na hindi maalis na pwede bs dumikit sa tiles yun?

So malamang pag ganyan mga tao mag-rent sayo, at naapektuhan community. They will go after you so that is where the hotel management training should kick in
