Anyone heard of this build a cell tower investment scheme? A relative is asking if it's legit. Apparently, the company will advance a 30% mobilization fee, but kayo na bahala later on. 2M daw ang bayad kada tower at sa inyo ang difference. Not much detail provided.

DICT only allowed 5 or 6 companies (i am not updated, so not sure if nadagdagan) to create the common cell site tower. most of those companies are tied with multinational companies so budget might not be a problem for them.

If it is 3pax per sqm so it should be 135,000 sqm area approximate to have a crowd of at least 400,000. If it is just 100,000pax then area should be only 33,750 sqm that's a huge difference.

With the drone technology and AI I bet someone can create an AI that will count the crowd based on a video taken by drone.

I remember how mmda counts the number of vehicles that uses edsa, by having someone stand in an overpass and click a counting device while vehicles pass. Same counting device being used by security guard at mall entrance.

Para mas maging masaya yung pagpasok sa office lalo na sa mga colleagues na once or twice a month lang makakapasok dahil malayo ang mga bahay.. Para naman sulit ang pagod at gastos nila meron magandang memories..
