I bought this chair a couple of years ago during pandemic. We bought 2, one for me and one for my wife. Unfortunately there's only 1 stock and the other one was a display. Pumayag ako. Now fast forward 2 years biglang bumigay yung sandalan. Isang screw ang nahulog at isang screw natira sa upuan. But theres 4 screw holes. I don't remember seeing screws lying around the chair. Tingin ko kulang ng 2 screw since it's a display item.

Now I'm thinking where can I buy a specific screw with the same length and thickness. Or if I should buy a new chair. The chair is still fine but it will be dangerous for me to use kung kulang ng 2 screws yung sandalan.

cheapest store i went to in finding screws, nuts and bolts is ace hardware. i bring the sample and show it to the salesperson. if not available in ace, handyman but they’re way more expensive.

naka-labas ba ang screw, i.e., kitang kita?
finding a screw with the correct thread pattern is easy.
it's finding the correct head, that might be more formidable.
will you be happy with a replacement screw that does the job but looks obviously a replacement?

    errr,
do you have a picture, po?

yung nabili ko naman chair for my kid eh nabali yung armrest (lower portion) kasi yung design eh naka kabit yun sa sandalan, kaya pag mabigat sumandal (ako yun) eh masisira talaga hehe. nung check ko eh 2 screws lang talaga para duon, so ang ginawa ko nag drill ako ng addtional 2 screws para mas matibay. ayun, more that a year na ok pa din. nung nag tanong kasi ako sa nabilhan ko, wala daw sila stock ng armrest lang.

Thanks, I'll try ace hardware. Although I need to bring it, meaning isang screw na lang matitira sa chair.

Actually hindi sya philips or flat head screw. Hexagon sya pero napipihit ng flat head screw driver. I don't mind kahit iba itsura since sa ilalim naman sya ng upuan hindi kita.img_20220513_124137_693.jpg
