This is the beach in front of my property. Its not that walking friendly but in front is a dive mecca.

Thats also the view from the water. House to the left belongs to the fisherman i bought it from.

I think it will be too expensive to clear and build here (its a slope) hence am selling it. But if it falls thru...then will just build modestly before i become too old to enjoy it.

as long as konti tao, water not polluted ok yan. Postive yan unpaved roads kasi it will not attract people. I hope maayos neighbors hindi direcho etchas-ihi sa dagat.

A very good example eh boracay eh sosy in the outside but KADIRI MGA KALULUWA. They just keep on polluting the waters.

Nice. It still looks like virgin territory. My wife dreams of such a place with a little nipa hut (electricity optional) and fresh seafood everyday. At the Visayas, of course.

We had our lakeside property for 2 years. Of that, we spent maybe 3 weeks total at the property. Out of those 3 weeks, I spent half maintaining the place instead of enjoying myself. Also, it never really got hot enough to justify spending time there.

It's hard to sleep after a Swing Shift. It's 3 AM and I'm still awake. It's time to read a few pages of that WSR 88-D (Doppler radar) manual.

That's the universal problem with residential beach property. At least, you can request your neighbor to watch the place when you're not there. Such property aren't easy to come by. When we sold ours, we had a buyer within 2 days.

I'm certain that it was a DDoS attack.

Philmug was also a victim and they, too, are now using Cloudflare.
