Bro., the "surge" of power, associated with powering-up the circuit has different effects on each of the components... Not all of them were created equal, in spite of their reliability results....

That's why for critical equipment/instrument in the shop floor and in the laboratory,- we just keep them turned on all the time....

kawawa ang jolo, sulu w/ the dual church bombing...i guess the martial law in mindanao still isn't dissuading anybody from creating havoc and causing death in southern mindanao.

i think this is the 3rd or 4th tragic bombing since martial law was proclaimed over there.

jolo apparently voted not to ratify the bangsa moro organic law last week.
