    It is always an indicator of good leadership when you stay behind to mingle with your staff. They will appreciate it and feel that you are fully engaged with them.

    For the Christmas Party, I serve the first round of drinks to our employees and personally greet each one a "Merry Christmas"...

    Would you or would you not stop in the middle of an expressway to pickup money flown from a banks armored truck? Is the danger worth it?
