i and the PD of bulacan provl police ofc personally know each other. we go a long way back. he was the city director of caloocan during the kian delos santos incident, and was relieved because of that. he had a brief stint as city director of san juan prior to his present assignment.

he was the commandant of pnp-saf at the time when i joined the uniformed service.

he is one fine officer and a gentleman.
