Whenever i visit my old man at manila memorial park, It's makes me smile to see families & friends having a fun picnic w/ their departed loved ones. There's always a reunion going on at any day of the week complete w/ rented tents & small kids w/ bikes & all

Is it like that too w/ other cemeteries? I'm sure i haven't seen that kind of revelry at heritage memorial park in taguig

do what you gotta do so you can do what you wanna do

    1. hindi pa ganon karami.
    2. medyo bata pa ang mga survivors.. hindi pa naghahanap-hanap ng reunions.
    3. madalas abroad sila.
    4. small families. yep, affluent families usually have fewer offspring than less affluent families.
    5. "they're just surviving relatives. they're not loving surviving relatives." ouch! heh heh. joke lang po.

The of the events are time based..how many reps in 30secs..how fast can one get to the finish line...in deadlift or squat based competitions is how heavy one can lift..record now on deadlifts is 1100lbs by eddie hall

Tsikot members na Management sa company, ano maganda rationale sa Work from Home? BAD TRIP talaga!!! Buti pa sa old VP ko, basta sabihin ko lang na WFH ako, approve na. But now I have to apply pa sa HR

My friend told me I cannot make travel time as an excuse kasi ang lapit daw ng bahay ko sa office Sabi niya "work life balance and watching over elder family members"

Not management. But normally taking care of child ang reason.

Reasonable din ang taking care of elder fam members.

Our management allows it if the reason is due to health condition of a love one. Konsensya na lang kung hindi tutuo parang nag curse na rin sa mga mahal sa buhay.
