Ewan ko ba why I was never the competitive type and money is not my main motivation, even with my job, my bosses had to push me to move up kasi ayoko mag officer e I reached ceiling salary for staff na. Yung promotion ko that was not normal process, it was head office who endorsed that. Pero yung AVP I wanted that so bad because it was so close, saka lahat naman kami sa reporting line ng boss ko AVP. My Lola would have been so proud of me

Ang society kasi they judge you base on financial success. I still cannot forget yung sermon ng ex Kuya ko na ang liit daw ng sweldo ko, I said yeah but I'm happy (and I truly was, alam naman ng board lahat ng thoughts ko)

I want so little but why am I still poor Seriously, sobrang babaw lang ng kaligahan ko. My only luho is food, makeup/skin care and my fat lab. That is probably the reason why I survived so long and was happy even with small salary but now I realized the importance of having a lot of cash talaga.

We have a neighbor that operates his food business here in his house.
Actually bakery nga, pero yung tinapay dito ginagawa sa bahay nila. Walang permit nga eto eh. Gusto ko na i report sa local BPLO dahil lately laking abala dito sa ibang homeowners.
Yung mga bike na lang lako nila ng pizza puro naka harang sa daan dahil yung dating vacant lot na pinaparkingan nila nag tayo na ng bahay.

Pwede ba i report sa BPLO yan ganyan na incidents? Kahit nga sanitary permit wala eh

Matagal na to. At ang nkaka bother ay yung mga tauhan nila na labas pasok ng village.
Hindi naman mga taga dito and they operate round the clock.
Ika nga ng isang kapitbahay ko ay hindi na daw eto basta basta negosyo. And unregistered talaga. Ni wala nga sanitary permits

Ilang neighbors na kumausap diyan regarding sa nuisance ng mga gamit nila at yung deliveries ng stock ng tindahan nila dito pa binabagsak. Ang laking trak pa nga minsan nakaharang. At dahil one way lang etong daanan sa tapat nila abala sa homeowners.
Etong association ay pikit mata dito kahit may certain complaints na tungkol dito
