We went to a resort in Nasugbu yesterday and saw a lot of beautiful houses with yacht parking garage and was thinking probably this are owned by famous celebrity or politicians.

The beach there is rocky not that good we have to go down to lower beach which has less rocks and you can swim there. I was just amaze with the modern house built inside but when you go outside it is totally a different world.

What is the technique on staying afloat in swimmingpool? I fill up my body with air but after a few seconds of staying a float I started to drown hehe

Lie down as if you were lying on a bed, arms spread, knees bent, tilt head as far back as you can with just eyes and nose above water. Make sure your body is straight and relax, not rigid. Breathe normally. Once you starts to float, slowly straighten your legs. Close your eyes and enjoy the serenity.

    "relax."

    kung hindi talaga kaya,
    get a flotation device.

lean, thin, or muscular bodies do tend to sink.
it helps if one is fat.

just like many maneuvers, "it takes practice".
but yes, some folks simply don't float.
    google them for why, po.

You don’t need to hold your breath when floating, I think you’re panicking when you feel you starts to sink.

Wag mo pigilan paghinga mo. If you have a kid, samahan mo sya at try mo muna sa kiddie pool. Higa ka, arms spread pero simulan mo lang muna ng nakalapat pa rin ang mga paa mo. Bale hanggang tuhod mo lang muna nakahiga. Wag malikot pag nakahiga ka na.

Thinking about Dr Cutie, I wish he were here so I could ask him about my Tita.

My Tita (Dad's sister) is in the hospital kasi. We used to have a gap but now we are close again. She was positive for Covid Oct 28. She'd always call me and tell me about how she's feeling so tired and palpitations. I told her it's just a covid side effect because I also went through the same when I had covid.

She went for a check up Nov 18 because it was really bothering her. Nov 30 she was diagnosed with Anemia. Dec 3 I was shocked when my little cousin told me they were are the ER. How could all those progress in 2 weeks My Tita had 2 blood transfusions since Saturday. I didn't really worry much kasi a lot of people are anemic naman. It's only when my little cousin told me yesterday that they will do a bone marrow test na I can't stop thinking about it.

I am still afraid to go to the hospital, I only went in April when my Lola was confined. I forgot my fears of covid because I had to bring the stuff my 95 yr old Lola needed and I know how my Lola lights up when she sees me :P But now I am hoping makalabas na Tita ko so I can visit her at home na lang. Sabi kasi ni SO mahina immunity ko e baka delikado for me to go to the hospital. I don't know if I should go or what kasi kakagaling ko rin lang sa flu

Hopefully I can do Spain/Italy in Springtime. I'd like to just go on a gastronomic tour and I heard Spain is reasonable and beautiful at the same time.

I still need to find the find the finds and the time to do it though. Hehe
