You should look for MNCs setting up their shared service organizations here or doing a fresh KT. Being part of the pioneer team gives you the opportunity to grow with the company and catching the top positions. Plus the perks of traveling to migrate processes to PH. I have seen CVs where they led the process migration and ended up directors with minimum salary of P400K/month + perks.
Caveat: With the impending TRAIN2, the investors are on a wait and see before deciding to invest.

My work experience isn't aligned with shared services bro. Hindi ako IT/accounting/finance eh. [emoji17]
And kung corporate lang din nga, I think mas maganda na magstay muna where I am right now. If I were to stay corporate, the plan really is to stay for the next decade before opening myself up to piracy again.

Yup. My uncle who recently passed away sells puno ng niyog when he wants to buy a new car or make a big purchase. I forgot how much pero mahal din isang puno. The rest of the year he just waits for money from harvest. He also supplies fruits in malls etc. Every weekend nasa market he sells also.
Tawag niya sa sarili niya tindero but he earns better than suit wearing VPs in Makati or BGC. No need to wake up early pa. Lol.

March 7th, 2018 07:11 PM #17854For that guy since nag startup siya from scratch, it's really more of being able to be your own boss (not only do you need to fulfill your own responsibilities, but you have to give yourself your own responsibilities and prioritize them well din, also which to delegate away and when), whereas sa established corpo medyo set na rin yung responsibilities ng role na papasukan ng tao..
Yung sa kaibigan ko, he is the country head here, the HR, dabbles in sales, ops and accounting at the same time. Needless to say you really have to want it to be successful as a startup. It helps if marami kang kasama who are willing to put in the time and effort din.
With your company right now, there are really few places that are better. Haha. Pwede na if/when one of the 'better' ones call ;)Last edited by mda; March 7th, 2018 at 07:15 PM.

March 7th, 2018 08:23 PM #17857ginu-good time lang ni Jack Ma sa digital payment system na yan ang mga Ayala. besides, the best payment pa din credit card using paywave, kasi utang. eh dyan kelangan me laman account mo
I think I have an idea what Jack Ma is really doing here, and it has to something about Fulfillment. ayaw ko na mag-reveal, kasi halos 3 buwan ko din inaral ang Fulfillment. pero para sakin yan ang totoo agenda.
