Sa akin help her and kahit maghiwalay na kayo at least you gave her a fighting chance to live her life kesa masira credit niya and maging limited na pwede niya gawin.

I'm gonna sound unpopular here but from experience kasi, kung hindi maganda ang spending habits ng tao, mahirap na baguhin. Been on that road before. That's why may caveat yung pagtulong sa last post ko. Not saying that's what happened in Hitman's case. But that's a possibility. It's a personal choice really. If tingin nya worth it naman yung tao why not.

I agree 100% with this. Just like I said, character yan - it also has to do with discipline.

sana masagot ni cathy kasi nung time na muntik nako mag default (long story) ng almost 600k na utang sa cc over 10 years ago, may nagsabi sakin na pag over 500k daw tinutuloy ang kaso di lang daw small claims etc. buti nalang sunod sunod nagbayad yung mga singilables ko that time.

Family domain can't be seize by them plus ang alam ko they can't seize any properties na mas mahal pa sa utang mo. So kung 300k utang mo then kunin nila kotse mo worth 500k suklian ka nila ng 200k?

Basta nasa collection agency na kung hinde mo kaya bayaran, huwag mo na pilitin, huwag na paloko sa collection agency at kang mababaon. Anyway black listed na rin naman name mo eh.
