If hindi ako nagkakamali, yung comfort room nung 2nd floor (same floor nung Tropical Hut fastfood) walang pintuan..

I don't din. I only close my door when sleeping to keep my fat lab from going out of my room. My Dad wants to check on us easily kasi kaya wide open talaga doors namin parati.

Bawal din locked rooms sa bahay namin and even the bathroom we're told not to lock. Yun sa bathroom ang logic in case of emergency like madulas or lose consciousness.

You still need doors though when you turn on your ac, saka s3xy time hehe.

We use privacy door knobs on bathrooms. Para hindi magkamali buksan pag may tao dahil naka lock pa rin, but easy to open during emergency.

I was canvassing drinks for an event and was surprise to see happy cup and avocadoria would cost more than the more popular macao imperial and chatime.

if it has doors, the doors are closed.
closed doors help keep pests from entering the rooms.
    mice, cockroaches, etc.

Why some people (esp old ones) think that commenting about a person's weight is okay?

Yesterday my Mom met her friends for lunch. I told her to call me when she's done but she said "magpakita ka" because I looked nice that day (wore a new dress and accessory that my Mom complimented earlier) So I was feeling good until one Tita saw me - who I don't even remember, she said "Ano nangyari sa katawan mo" My favorite Tita, trying to save MY face said "uso ganyan katawan ngayon" LOL! then my Mom tried to change the topic and said she used to be my brother's teacher, then the tactless Tita proceeded to say, don't you have a treadmill at home, you don't use it? I said, no Tita, it's gathering dust. LOL!

Anyway, I don't feel bad about it, but more for my Mom kasi I know it hurts her kapag napipintasan anak niya. I am such a disappointment

It's not the same working out sa gym vs at home. Now I understand why some people prefer membership gyms talaga. Iba yung you need to be at a certain time and shower and dress up for a workout. I really miss my gym rat days [emoji24]

Also, I'm sure you know naman losing weight is all about calorie deficit. Kasalanan ko naman talaga because of what I eat.

Interactions with other people help wither away the time. Makes exercising more bearable.

They usually call off classes and work around the Q.C. area during the SONA, although Malacanang has now called off work in government offices and public schools due to the transport strike and "Egay". And syempre, the private sector will be left on their own to decide.

many of us are like that, po.
to remain in touch in many fields, one has to do extraordinary effort.
something difficult to do, when one has other responsibilities...
'swhy there are specialists in medicine.
a doctor simply can not be well-informed in the forefront of medicine's many specialties, that's why we specialize.
