Dito lang din sa bahay but will work on errands and plan my "personal project" for 2021. Basta gusto ko diretso na I can forget about work. I'm not really the type na magleleave ng ganito katagal pero burned out na talaga ako.

Yeah much higher burnout rates talaga ngayon vs pre-pandemic.

We also have higher attrition - dami namin new hires na hindi rin nagtagal kasi hirap matuto with the whole WFH situation and lack of human interaction with teammates.

been working on personal projects on the side since di malaki workload ko ngayon. Di pa mapagkakitaan pero at least gusto ko ginagawa ko hehehe

Personally kasi dati I leave on time at 5am kasi ayoko matraffic. Ngayon since nasa bahay lang nageextend ako and work long hours minsan. Minsan pa few hours on a weekend. Also sa office I consume my 1.5 hr break and natutulog talaga ako so it helped with my energy, focus and productivity. Ngayon sa bahay minsan diretso ako eh. Tapos ang dami pang concals dahil sa set up ngayon so it takes up time na para sana sa mga tasks.

Ah nope, definitely it's not from the anxiety of losing work. It's the workload talaga, nadagdagan siya coz tumanggap ako ng additional roles and tasks for my development. Plus problema ko yung work partner ko.

Good thing January or Q1 next year iba na hahawakan kong account and solo na daw ako. Kaya November ko ginamit yung remaining VLs ko kasi gusto ko magwork sa December for the transition.
