Since the ECQ, I’ve started jogging every other day. Something my Cardio wanted me to do (used to be able to do it only 1x or 2x a month). Started 1.5 kms, now doing 5k. My HR used to be in the high 50s to low 60s now its this:

well, i know of a couple who has decided to go back to corporate because their small businesses have been severely affected by the ecq.

ang laking pasasalamat nga nila nung mag decide magbibigay ng tuition fee refund sa mga students ang ateneo(kung saan nag-aaral iyong anak nila) kasi at least may konting relief sa finances nila na medyo tumatama na sa reserves nilang mag-anak.

come to think of it, dapat nga naman gawin ng mga schools iyong partial refund or something similar to that kasi maraming pamilya na ang tinamaan talaga ang resources. doing a mass promotion this sem is a good idea too because not every household has the luxury of a stable internet connection not to mention the privilege of having a computer device or two at home. may ma-iiwan at ma-iiwanan talaga.

A friend of mine who currently still works in corporate opened up a catering business in the province and he earned millions on his first year (last year). He was on track to fully recover his investment by the end of this year (2 year ROI) but unfortunately Taal and Covid happened so not sure how it's going for his business right now.

maraming oppurtunity sa province chef. my parents often go to these restaurants that charge at that range. dinadagsa daw. i don't fancy these restaurants but some folks like these.

Post COVID market might see a shift towards packed meals to go, chef. Banquets & dine-in may take a while to get back.

Get Wahl. I bought mine at Hortaleza back in 2004. Still runnning. Got a Panasonic in 2005 and again in 2011 when I was in Japan. Sira na sila ngayon.

Philips is cheaper than Wahl but both are made in China nowadays, seldom i see made in UK/US. Those china ripoffs sells for arnd P200 comes in rechargeable nicad and they will do just fine for personal use.
