1.5 HP is good ... But it might be too cold at night ... if 1 HP, it might have hard time cooling the room during daytime ... the 1.5 HP will consume the same or less electricity than the 1 HP ...

Go for the 1.5. The price difference between a 1hp and 1.5 hp is minimal but the bigger aircon will be more efficient especially if you frequently use the aircon with a lot of people in the room.

I agree, go for a bigger hp. What’s recommended by the manufacturer is for room size only. You also have to consider the cold absorbing (furniture, beds etc...) & heat generating (windows, people, appliances) factors in the room. If you choose a window inverter, they have ECO functions that has a realistic effect on your electricity bills.

One more question pala, thinking of whether to put a 0.75 non inverter or inverter unit in a small room, the price diff is huge, it's actually 15 sqm but at the 1st floor, so relatively cooler than the same size room on a 2nd floor.

gree has 13.1 for their 1.5hp unit. Dont start the unit after installation. I'm sure the installer tilted it for awhile and this lessens the life of the compressor. I would wait 2 days for the oil to settle down and fire her up.

Malamig na kasi siguro dahil building, tabon na ng upper floors ang ceiling at baka di ka masyado tinatamaan Ng araw sa wall mo, unlike residential rooms sa top floor, whole roof mo bilad sa araw.

we've been having them on a regular basis, since the 90s.

while good cooking may destroy the asf virus,
cooking won't in-activate the red tide poison.

some pig farmers simply do not understand, or are plain selfish.
asf has a high mortality rate. it can reach 100%. it's worse than the bubonic plague of humans.
it has not yet dawned on these mis-educated folks, that their mis-action can destroy the entire local pig industry.

I heard that some farmers hide their pigs when the gov’t comes knocking to test for ASF. But you can’t totally blame them. If the gov’t can help the farmer by paying for the ASF positive pigs, farmers won’t hide them.
