30s or 40s or 20s? The very polluted air is affecting so many nowadays but lifestyle probably determines their overall health.

Yun vertigo kai, pwedeng current condition lang and can be corrected afaik even without meds.
Depende din pala sa type or condition.

Pero agree, baka nga active lifestyle ang sagot. For me the best yung sports kasi pang de-stress talaga.

I recently rediscovered my love for basketball. Every week may laro and it helps ilabas ang stress sa katawan.

I also do hiking once in a while. Iba talaga ang epekto sa pag pinapawisan ka due to activity.

Even at my age (40s), I still play basketball with my younger staff (20s). I still walk whenever I’m playing golf, rarely do I ride a cart.

It is tiring enough to lift a bottle of beer or removing the cork from a bottle of red wine.

How Duterte Used Facebook To Fuel the Philippine Drug War

It's a long read but a very detailed and well-written one. It is quite clear that Duterte has won Facebook in the same way that Churchill won radio and Kennedy won television.

The difference between BS Comp Sci and BS IT. Am I right in assuming that Comp is like BS Math and BS IT is more on programming? Lol

Compsci is more on programming and systems development, while BS IT is broader dealing with hardware, software, networking and mobile technologies.. Observation ko lang po sa mga nakakausap ko. I'm a comsci graduate myself

Most comp sci (not all) are nerds. I remember 1st year ko ang dami namin. Pag dating ng 4th year graduation kalahati na lang. Yung mga maangas, mga jocks, mga athletes naubos, mostly nerds natira. [emoji23]
