How much na ba yung 1 liter of gas na regular 92 diyan sa pinas? Dito sa China, 1 liter is 7.20rmb per liter na or equivalent to around 59petot, just for comparison lng.

In Japan it was JPY 130-160/L last week. But traffic is light. And no need for a/c.

Here the heat and traffic eats up most of our gas money as we're practically always at a low gear ratio.

GTS na yan! Very good combo of a pickup and a station wagon methinks. You only really lose a bit of ground clearance but you gain so much refinement from a Tucson to a Golf.

For ground clearance issues (meaning poor weather and poor roads) I still have the Hilux.

I have the go ahead from my better half to get the GTS so it's a matter of me deciding if i want to spend the additional PPP on this.

All my friends (well, being car guys) tell me to go for the GTS and forever keep my peace

I'm sure you have your own methods/reasons for making that kind of comparison.

I just want to share that in my case, I'm usually curious about prices in ratio with the minimum wage in the respective countries.
Example.
What percentage of the minimum wage in China is 1 liter of gas?
How about in the Philippines?
Then compare.

My new boss (VP) drives a Golf and he is very happy with his car.

I asked him why he didn't get an Audi or Porsche since he is entitled to it naman and he said the Golf is a good car and it's value for money.

The Golf GTS is still based on the VW MQB platform which serves as the same platform as the Audi A3, Audi Q2, VW Jetta, VW Passat, VW Tiguan, VW Lavida, and VW Lamando. If you sit inside a Golf GTS, you would feel like you're inside a Jetta except for the extra room on the back.

I guess this is how it is for compact-sized wagons and CUVs. Sakto lang din yung golf bag (filled with clubs) if straddled crosswise sa trunk ng Forester.

Speaking of golf, kelan tayo tatambay sa driving range? Puwede rin sa fairway.
