Look for credit cards with dual currency features ... if the vendor prices it as USD, then you are billed USD ... just be mindful before you click the purchase button ... some online stores will use Php when they detect country of origin of the credit card ... change the default currency to USD ...
The thing is not all cards are advertised as dual currency cards ... but you can request it to be ... and the bank tellers have no idea also of the features of some credit cards ... many are not even aware of Purchase Protection of some high end cards ... they will reimburse you if the product / item you purchase is loss or damaged within a month or so ... depends on the card ...
Virtual cards can have a different credit limit from the main card ... and also it can be terminated without affecting the main card ... don't use it to purchase online plane tickets though ... they need to see the real credit card at airport ...
Every one of us has different paths in life. Some go straight, some left and some right. For me, it's not a choice or a disinterest. I really have ZERO desire on becoming a dad. That's sealed for me. For life. It's not that I don't like kids, I love playing with them as they reminded me of my happy carefree childhood.
I guess, I love being carefree. A family is something I believe will bog me down. I couldn't be free. I simply hate thinking about it.
How do you evaluate your subordinates?
Do you evaluate them based on their work performance only? Or do we include their attitude and grooming?

Ah i see. Thanks for the input bro.
For the sales people, i should be more strict when it comes to their presentability to the clients as they represent the company.
For the other posts, i can be more lenient. [emoji4] lucky them. Hehe

I don't mind snobbish, acerbic or even arrogant so long as the employee delivers results which exceeds expectation.
What I do mind are those who act as "know-it-all", are condescending and even insubordinate. I don't mind giving those types the pink slip at all. If he or she really pisses me off... let's just say even their clearance will go to the bottom of the pile.
Thank you bro!
Those know-it-alls also get on my nerve. Malaman laman ko ginoogle lang pala. HAHAHA
Okay, this is noted. Maybe i should evaluate them based on their overall performance then, including work output, proper grooming, and attitude.

That's why I always tell my managers that I am an introvert. People mistake me for a snob/suplada (it does not help that I have resting bitch face) but in reality I am just quiet and like to keep to myself. I only socialize with people I am comfortable with. Hindi ko gusto plastikan, hindi ako makikipagusap just for the sake of it. Wala sila masasabi sakin when it comes to my output because I always go beyond expectations (because I like to please my boss)
I don't have sipsip reputation lol. RE my AVP everyone knows we are close and we have worked together since I started my career. Ang issue nila is not with my managers but with my friends. I only interact and talk to my friends (who they also say are snobs pero ako daw pasimuno wtf) Is this freaking HS. Unbelievable talaga.
Marami intrigero/a dito. They even accused my former manager of only hiring DLSU grads (not true) Pakialam ba nila e preference ng friend ko yun. Team niya so she decides.

I don't rate my employees on account of their friendliness or their fraternizing with employees of other departments. That's just over reach.
But, if they are able to leverage those relationships or friendships to help my department out....well, I do recognize them for the "effort"![]()
