Tooth extraction - dull throbbing pain.

Wisdom tooth extraction stings more than it is dull. But overall, I wouldn't worry about it.

Swimming less impact on the knees, downside is compared to running na you can do it anywhere, when it comes to cardio, it depends on how long you can maintain your target heart rate...btw stairclimber ang favorite ko, i can do 400 cal in 1hr at slow/medium pace only..

Wow. Not bad. 400 cal in 1 hour.

I am starting to build my cardio strength pa lang. Kaya 1 50m lap pa lang, im already out of breath.

And swimming is waaaay harder than running.

I suppose the extra weight can only improve my stamina.

I normally assemble my own bikes. You know, pick a nice strong/light frame and design a bike around it. This one was courtesy of the wife. Now I know why the price is so low. Oh well. The frame itself feels very durable. I'll replace the other parts with better ones as wear and tear takes its toll.

I still intend to procure a road bike in the future. That one I will assemble properly for lightness and durability.

Doctor said i have impacted wisdom teeth and may sira na. Wondering if masakit nga ba talaga ang removal. Sa mga comments kasi sa internet, masakit daw.

It's not ... dentist will pump you with a lot of anesthesia ... root canal is more hassle ...

So all of my past BOYFRIENDS were not attracted to me because they respect me (my rule)not to have premarital ***?

I only call crush as crush because he was my long time crush but we did have a relationship.

There really are men not ruled by their p3n1s.

Reminds me of a true story where the couple were petting heavily and the guy prematurely popped without the girl knowing. When the girl was about to drop her pants for the main event, the guy, out if of embarrassment, stopped her and said, "No I cant do it. I respect you so much!". Oh, pogi points pa di ba?

That's so lame. He should practice the stroke and hold technique. You could dictate when to pop.

Loser naman ng guy, what is he 16 yrs old? The respect excuse is BS if they had *** na before.

Although, si 51 year old friend ko, sabi niya he is not attracted to his fck buddy. Nagmamadali daw siya to cum. OMG! So mean! And the girl did tell me that he is terrible in bed. Baliw na baliw din etong girl friend namin because she tolerates it e

Anyway, re crush, there is no reason for me to lie on the board. Sinong niloko ko, sarili ko? His body alone and when he starts talking, orgasmic na

Not even the stroke and hold. It is the "ma, look no hands" maneuver. [emoji23][emoji23][emoji23]

My friend told me 30s - early 40s men are the best age because they have enough experience to control and physically young hahaha. Pag late 40s and older yung iba kailangan na daw ng viagra?
