What does authentic Ilokano pork higado taste like? Salty sour ba talaga, parang paksiw?

But I wanna go to Lander's. What is wrong with S&R BGC's dining area? It's the same as the other S&Rs I have been too (Paranaque and Alabang)

BTT: I wonder how it's like to be a straight catholic man in the USA? It's like walking on egg shells siguro. You can't offend women, gays, muslims etc

I can talk to my bosses in HQ (Europe) without filter, they are straight male Catholics. We believe in the same sterotypes

that would depend on what is causing the pain in the first place.

    "thin" sheets?
the manufacturer probably has instructions to "double the dose" if it still doesn't work. heh heh.
and if it still doesn't work, "consult a physician. heh heh heh.

my recommendation is to consult the physician first. find out what is causing your discomfort.

when it comes to low back pain in advancing age, the first commandment is to "lose some weight".
which is logical, because removing some work from that back actually helps.
the next commandments will depend on what else the physician thinks he sees in you.

    doctor first.
(s)he will evaluate you, and then send you (if necessary) to the PT, with instructions on what PT should do to you.

one thing that can happen, is that the cause of pain might be something totally "un-expected".

I chanced upon the ad in the television. It does not make sense to me that a thin memory foam (3-inch) thick could alleviate the back pains...

That's why I keep my weight on check. When it hits you, it can be a lifestyle changer....
