if condo is in demand in that area, you might opt to buy one. when son graduates and moves on, you can rent put his condo. or you can sell it at decent profit.
research po kayo about the area.
crunch the numbers, po, and see which will put you ahead.

Buy a condo if you can afford it ... it's an investment ... you can rent it out if your child moves out ...

Lol. Im not buying anything. Am just day dreaming. Its nice to play these games in my head. I have more than enough cars.

But i will always be a car fanatic. I guess its par for the course that i think of these things.

Daydreaming about cars is something most of us have gone through. Yesterday I was thinking about when I'll get an X3. Showed it to my fiance, she just called it a "big-nose car" [emoji23][emoji23][emoji23]

At least we're on the same page on the Miata though. Better to get that daw as our next car than a Fort or FXT. [emoji23]

Our house feels like a shack now

There are rats in the ceiling that bit the wires on the fluorescent light. Our all around said it will keep on biting the wires so just use extension cord instead. Hindi ko alam kung tinatamad lang umakyat sa kisame. Sa Palengke kasi sinasaksak ilaw heheeh

Why are they in the ceiling in the first place? Looks like you have a hole in the wall/ceiling you need to patch...

That's dangerous, Cathy.

That's one of the more common causes of house fire.

Have your electrical wiring checked by a professional electrician immediately.

Belief is somehow, the electrical tingling is an attraction for rodents bro. But rodents chew on almost anything.
