If you live anywhere where there's a big patch of tall grass over there, there are bound to be snakes. It's even more so if there's a potential food source nearby. During the rainy season, they'll seek shelter at the most obvious choice: people's houses. I remember when my mom killed a number of snakes in our yard, including a 4-5 ft long rice snake (light green and light yellow) and a hoodless cobra. The latter was particularly aggressive.

If you leave galoshes outside during the rainy season, shake them out first before putting them on.

Yup I'm definitely leaning towards the CR-V. If it was the 160 ps version I'd be willing to forget about the cramped 3rd row. With the 120 ps version it looks like I'll have to line up for a test drive.

Bro, Ive seen the xtrail 7-seater. Hirap talaga sa 3rd row kahit adjusted na ang 2nd row. Hindi kaya ganyan din sa 2018 crv?

Gonna rennovate one of the houses i bought for rental purposes. I wonder how much and what i should spend on. Its a 28 yr old house.

    Must do:

    Bathrooms tear down
    Electrical replacement
    Kitchen tear down
    Roof and leaks
Convert to LED bulbs and fixtures
    Repaint white

    Nice to do:

    Replace some old style Windows
    Cabinetry ugggh this is pricy
    Floor sanding? Tile over?
    Garden?

    Might have to do:

    Change aircons to inverter type
    Throw in wifi
    Throw in kitchen appliances
    Beds
    Dining table

    What do renters look for?

renters #1 priority is location & accessability to the supermarkets, take out restos, laundry..parking is secondary, yung cleanliness, security and space are mandatory, yung 1st two lagi tinatanong sakin ng tenants kuya..

if thats the case, the important things are the faucets, plumbing and the cabinets, lalo na sa kitchen, yung 3 na yun ang important, sa wifi, let the tenants shoulder it, they will likely subscribe naman sa landline/cable/internet all in one package..

You might want to inquire Globe or PLDT, maybe they still give free fiber optic cable for wiring inside house ... got 30 meters from PLDT ...

The problem is I became 24/7 on call

Nung may lagnat ako ng Thursday WFH pa ko. Holiday Friday evening I received a message from my boss that he needs updated reports by Monday morning.

Etong boss ko di ko maintindihan bakit pag update lang ng word documents kailangan pa ko. Alam naman niya yung password. Hirap kasi nilalagnat ako, ok lang kung hindi. I appreciate that my boss depends on me pero minsan exag.

reason and logic are hyped we are all irrational beings. kayo lang naman mga nabubuhay in the name of reason ang na-stress coz para kayo yun accountant na movie ni Batman, hindi maka-complete lol. IF indeed reason is the way to go, then the world is a better place, but it's not.

one proof, baket meron office politics that's all wearing you down sa work , why is that?
