I was comparing photos of myself over the last decade. I noticed I was a much lighter complexion while the family and I still lived in Upstate New York. It makes sense because there are 7 months of winter, 2 months of a cool spring, 1 month of autumn, and 2 months of summer, tops. The spring and summer months included many rainy days. Not many chances to get baked under the sun. No wonder tanning salons were all over the place.

It's probably why, when I visited the PH, my own sister passed me twice without noticing me. She was looking for someone much darker. Of course, I just sat there and silently observed her I only approached her when it looked like she was about to leave.

When I was still living there, I loved playing under the hot sun so long as I wasn't in the city because of the air pollution. Every time I wiped a hanky to my face, it looked like I had a coating of tar.

Seriously, ask your colleagues of there's thruth to their claims. There some kind of muscle daw that will completely relax if you're in a squatting position that will make your colon more straighg when pooing.

Naka encumber pa yan bro ang CR? As i remember kailangan mo ata pa clear yan sa registry of deeds and meron ka pa Notatrize na docs, from where the unit was registered. On our part di namin naasikaso since we bought our unit from my hometown. But i was able to sell my ride just by giving the Release papers from bank. If you dont intend to sell it i think no actions necessary.

I find that so barbaric. I really hate when I see sole marks on the toilet bowl I don't sit, how hard is it to squat? There is no need to step on the bowl.

I poop better when I don't eat anything processed (just boiled chicken and stir fried veggies) No smell also (TMI) hahaha!
