they don't face financial problems like poor kids do

even the laziest rich kid can end up with a diploma (thanks to well-connected parents)

and there's the thing about salaries

they don't need the money

rich kids get allowances bigger than starting salaries

on top of the very comfortable living conditions provided by their parents

any day they don't feel like going to work they'll just stay in bed

you don't really want an employee like that

A company has to hire from the top 3 schools if their employees deal with HNW clients. In my first job, only those with name droppable surnames are hired as front liners.

On the flip side, marami din tamad sa probinsya. Lakas magreklamo pero ayaw magtrabaho. Kuntento na silang hand to mouth sila.

Ang hirap ng walang ginagawa My boss thinks I was so tired from month end that I need some relaxation/slack time. He got an intern and gave him all the work

I think I can never find a boss as perfect as mine. hahaha. And then yesterday I asked him, what if I can't come to work for 14 days, who will do my work? He said "me " HA HA HA! OMG!

Tyranny of the poor. Akala mo sila lang ang mahirap. Ang nawalan ng tirahan yung mga awardee na mahirap din.

My dad used to hire a lot of laborers during peak season. They were temps kasi normally 2-4 months lang naman maraming trabaho. Pag bagong sweldo mga yun pag may trabaho di mo mahanap, kung saan saan pakalat kalat. Pag wala nang pera parang maamong tupa naman.

Frustrating because he wants to help them. But they don't want to help themselves. Pero yung ibang masigasig magtrabaho nakapagpatapos ng 3 kids sa college. Iba-iba rin talaga ang tao. I'm guessing there is a "tamad" gene.

Yung all around namin parating nawawala Yung Mommy ko inis na inis pero ako kasi mahaba patience ko and I don't let it affect me. Uuwi na daw siya sa Visayas kaya my Mom gave him "pabaon" money, ewan ko lang kung matutuloy pa. hahaha!

Sa province naman yung isa nagta trabaho lang pag may nakatingin. Pero pag wala, wala rin ginagawa. Ang hilig pa mag advance or hingi donation.
