I think swimmers have the best bodies. They have nice shoulders and mid section. I don't like too much "bulk" kasi.

well, we were told years ago, by our PE teachers, that swimming was the best exercise, as it used most of the muscles of the skeleton, and had little shift shock.

now, why would you think about this, at 1 am..?

Back then, there were a number of Caucasians and mestizas who lived there and they were all in the swim team. During our 30-minute break from the pool, they did their laps. I guess they left after HS. They dwindled in number steadily afterwards.

They all had that swimmer physique Cathy was referring to.

Dunno if i heard right...with swimming, you are less prone to injury, and it's a full body workout. But since it isn't weight-bearing, it doesn't strengthen your bones. But hey, so long as you're exercising...

i used to swim regularly -- i took advantage of a free membership at a hotel. OK naman, but i always got paranoid about the water quality. Then, there's that creep that hung out in the men's CR. Once i caught him staring "lustfully" at my privates. i didn't stop because of that guy, but it just made me very uneasy.

When the hotel shut down, hindi ko na binalikan.

Those swimmers you see in the olympics are the genetic elite of their sport. Long legs, wide wingspan and short torso, even if they played a different sport that requires long extremities, theyll still look like that, like tim duncan, once was aspiring to be an olympic swimmer, until he caught the basketball bug...when you see a olympic swimmer in person, they look weird, their arms are too long, hands almost at the knees.

Best physiques for me are the 100m sprinters, big quads, wide shoulders, thin waist, narrow wrist and ankles and big muscle bellies. image.jpeg

I think in 1990s when we hosted the seagames, i saw the swimmers in street clothes, haba ng arms, to the point of cartoonish

Sabas was a good guy although he behaved too much like a girl. I could be friends with him although I probably would flinch if he hugged me.

Yes, bro.,- big respect for this dear doctor-friend... Girl-mind-body; Sadly with the man's repro-system...

Decided to stay here for good,- vs the relatively-comfy life in the US.

My favorite form/physique for women is women pro tennis players. Female swimmers would be second followed by women soccer players.

^^^ Dapat mga villages and subdivisions sakop nito....

The rules and regulations of these villages and subdivisions are by default or at a minimum, city or municipal or national laws....

Like the building code,- at a minimum or by default,- it is referred to the city/national building code and the subdivision/village can augment or impose a stricter rule....

Hindi puwedeng maging selective ang batas....
