Hard to tell when it will bottom out (anyone who says that they're sure of a particular rock-bottom level is just speculating). But generally, the first half of 2016 will be full of volatility and it'll be a great time to buy as the market moves downwards and sideways. Yes you might miss out on the lowest of lows, but the level right now is low enough that when you buy, you're surely gonna make a profit in the next 5 years once the market rebounds.
