I can't seem to decide what OS I want for my old Toshiba netbook.
After I had upgraded it to Windows 10 (from Windows 7 Starter), the web browsing kind of sucked. I reverted back to Windows 7 Starter because I wanted a better graphics driver for the lousy Intel GMA 3150. But, the web browsing sucked even more. So, I downgraded to Windows XP. Then I realized I'll have to search for drivers because XP was not originally supported. So, I upgraded back to Windows 7 Starter. Then I saw again how the web browsing sucked. I noted down the hardware devices and then downgraded back to XP. I found all the drivers eventually and the lightweight XP actually improved the performance of some games. But, then, I missed the features of Windows 10. So, I upgraded back once more to Windows 7 Starter and then upgraded it to Windows 10.
Surprise, surprise, the web browsing has improved in Windows 10 since the first time I installed it. I thought it might have been the 2 GB RAM limit that was causing problems. I guess not. I'll be sticking with Windows 10.....until some old game convinces me to downgrade back to XP.
I'm thinking.... no more wishy-washy
