Just read in today's papers that SM Prime is investing 4 billion to build a 3 tower office complex in Bayshore. And how much did Makati spend to build that multi story parking building along JP Rizal? Was it 3 billion?

It was rigged from the start. It was Abnoy who inserted his classmate's name into the JBC list as he need's all the muscle in SC after his term. The rest was a show.

1.4 million visitors on Guam, 544 sq.km. Land area. That's an average of 3,638 visitors per day in 2015. The beaches are still 1000 times cleaner than boracay

Seatmate Alabang did the seatcover for our SUV. I tried them instead of going to the suking upholsterer based on the reviews here. I am expecting a good workmanship but not impressed. All issues could have been avoided if theres a better quality control in place.

    - Loose threads
    - Fraying ends.
    - Seams not tight or uniformed at some places too.
    - Leatherette for the back passenger centre arm rest/cup holder doesnt fit nicely. Result is a crumpled and creased leatherette when its stowed.

Cant remember how much I paid. But have moved on and charge it to experience.

There was an accident yesterday afternoon sa Daang Hari, heavy traffic both ways, Pati MCX exit sa daang hari eh damay. A van and a Red Innova.

Sabi sa comments, patay daw lahat nung nasa van, decapitated yung driver. Yung Innova tanggal ang bubong, almost half of the top, makikita rin sa picture na ibabaw ng van yung may tama. I wonder what happened here at mukhang roof vs roof ang tama.

Wondering if it's time to move industries. Wasn't really planning on it (I'd seem like such a jumper) but the opportunity came knocking.
